Ms. Sheree-
I have worked in early childhood education for 25 years and Montessori for the past 22 years. I was the owner and director of my own Montessori pre-school in Ballard for over 20 years. The true loves of my life besides teaching are my 28 year old daughter, and my two Yorkshire terriers. One who is 13 years old and the other is a crazy energetic one year old.
I love to cook, go to movies, play games and swim. I also like to shop for children’s activities, I get a great deal of enjoyment watching children learn and explore. I started at Northlake Montessori in 2007 and found a wonderful family here. It is my honor and pleasure to work with Mr. Geoff this year.
We will have a truly amazing class and a terrific year!
Mr. Geoff- 
I'm 26 years old and I was born in Ketchikan, Alaska. Growing up I lived through out various
parts of the west coast and settled down in the Seattle area. I have been teaching
pre-school since early 2006 and I have been with Northlake Montessori since August of 2006. Shortly after joining Northlake, I completed my Montessori training with Eve Buckle
through Edmonds Community College. I could not have asked for a better learning experience than what I have gained working in a Montessori environment. Since working here I have come to the conclusion that I want to be teaching for the rest of my professional life. It has become a great passion of mine. Aside from teaching, I really enjoy reading.
I also write and record music with friends in a local band.
We are very excited to be working together. Our goal is to have an educational, independent and exciting classroom for your child. The classroom will consist of Language, Math, Practical Life, Sensorial, Science, and Geography activities.
